- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Just like the previous poster stated, PNC took over RBC Centura. It was a major pain with new account numbers and I too noticed all of the RBC staff quickly relocate d to other nearby banks. They do have a big turnover of employees and I've heard past employees say new management is not easy to work with. I did give 3 stars because the tellers are always sweet to me.
